Construction is underway on projects in Delaware and Midland basins by Enterprise Products Partners that will give EPP the capability to process 3.8 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day and extract more than 520,000 barrels per day of NGLs in the Permian Basin.
In Delaware Basin, Enterprise is expanding its Mentone cryogenic natural gas processing facility in Loving County. The second plant is scheduled for completion in 2023Q4, and plant three is scheduled to begin service in 2024Q1. Mentone capacity for natural gas processing upon completions will increase by 600 million cfd, and EPP will extract an additional 80,000 b/d of NGLs.
In Midland Basin, Enterprise’s Leonidas cryogenic natural gas processing facility is under construction in Midland County. It’s supported by long-term acreage dedication agreements and scheduled to begin service in 2024Q1. EPP’s seventh facility in Midland Basin will add another 300 million cfd to capacity and enable the company to extract another 40,000 b/d of NGLs.
