Jacam Catalyst, manufacturer and provider of oilfield chemicals, said recently it completed an additional expansion of its corporate headquarters on Highway 158 in Gardendale. Jacam added 16 acres of land and 18,000 square feet of operating facilities to bring the total campus acreage to 65 with now 90,000 square feet of operating facilities. Jacam has more than 50 locations across the U.S. and specializes in oilfield chemical manufacturing, blending, formulating, analysis, and research and development. Odessa American said Jacam offers chemical applications for oil and gas operations, drill pipe and completion, stimulation, pipeline and midstream, and other specialty chemical needs.
Vern Disney, president, told Midland Reporter Telegram, “We keep adding land. We keep adding buildings. We have to keep up with inventory needs, with truck needs. We’ve just continually expanded our footprint… We have to solve issues quickly so the producer doesn’t lose volumes.” Jacam is the largest oilfield chemical company in Permian Basin and second largest in the U.S. land market.
