Midland-based Warrior Technologies, environmental and industrial services company, said recently it closed on the acquisition of the field services unit that Diamondback Energy acquired in its purchase of Endeavor Energy Resources. The purchase adds 84 employees to Warrior and 607 units to its fleet of equipment. “It will help our focus on surface and soil remediation and emergency response work,” Tipp Wommack III, president and CEO, told the Midland Reporter Telegram.
Jeremy Jackson, senior vice president, added, “Warrior doubled in size in the last three months of 2024… As we enter 2025, Warrior has doubled down on its presence in the Permian Basin and Delaware Basin. The message is we’re here to stay… The goal is to be the most inclusive, low-cost industrial and environmental services firm.”
