Houston-based Targa Resources recently announced record Permian Basin and NGL transportation volumes during the second quarter. Targa also announced a 43-mile extension of its Bull Run natural gas pipeline to enhance natural gas connectivity from Targa’s Delaware system to Waha to begin operations in 2027Q2.
Targa expects early completion of several projects, including Pembrook II plant (275 million cfd) this month in Midland Basin. Other projects ahead of schedule include Bull Moose II plant in Delaware Basin (to begin operations in 2025Q4), Delaware Express pipeline (2026Q2) and Train 11 fractionator in Mont Belvieu.
Targa said Aug. 7 these enhancements are “expected to drive record Permian, NGL pipeline transportation, fractionation and LPG export volumes in 2025 relative to records set in 2024.”
