WaterTechtonics and Clearvale Capital recently launched a new subsidiary, WT Oil & Gas, to deliver high-volume, high-performance water treatment solutions to the oil and gas industry. The new company will be based in Midland and serve upstream and midstream operators across the Permian Basin with advanced technologies for produced water recycling and reuse.
Jason Mothersbaugh, president of WT Oil & Gas, said Oct. 1, “Smarter, more sustainable water recycling is the future of oil and gas operations, and WT Oil & Gas is positioned to lead that future… We’re offering scalable, ready-to-deploy solutions that drive value for operators.”
WT Oil & Gas will serve modular systems for remote sites or large-scale infrastructure for continuous operations.
