Miami-based I Squared Capital, independent global infrastructure investor, said this week it agreed to acquire Milestone Environmental from SK Capital Partners. Milestone, independent environmental infrastructure company, provides waste management solutions for the industrial and energy sectors, including Delaware and Midland basins in west Texas. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
Houston-based Milestone owns and operates 15 permitted disposal facilities for oil and gas drilling, completion and production waste streams in Permian Basin, Eagle Ford in south Texas and Haynesville. Tuesday’s announcement said, “Through its integrated network and proprietary processes, Milestone provides end-to-end treatment and disposal solutions for both liquid and solid waste streams generated by oil and gas production.”
The portfolio of I Squared Capital includes about 100 companies in about 70 countries.
