Austin-based WhiteWater Midstream said Aug. 26 it is acquiring Gateway pipeline of Sendero Midstream Partners in northern Delaware Basin. In service since late 2020, the 24-inch pipeline extends 24 miles north from Reeves County to the Carlsbad area. It’s connected to WhiteWater’s Agua Blanca natural gas pipeline system, joint venture of WhiteWater and MPLX serving Culberson, Loving, Pecos, Reeves, Ward and Winkler counties. The system consists of 200 miles of large diameter pipelines with capacity of 3.0 bcfd with multiple deliveries in Waha. WhiteWater’s investment in Agua Blanca is led by First Infrastructure Credit.
