Lubbock-based SitePro, oilfield automation technology company, acquired Integrated Control Solutions, according to the Midland Reporter Telegram, to double the number of sites using technology from either company. David Bateman, chairman and co-CEO, said there are now more than 1,000 sites using the SitePro platform. SitePro was active primarily in exploration and production, and Integrated Control Solutions installed automated monitoring systems primarily for saltwater disposal.
