Purchase of Spinnaker Oilwell Services Expands RPC’s Cementing Service
RPC, Inc., announced the acquisition, effective July 1, of Spinnaker Oilwell Services, LLC, a provider of oilfield cementing services in the Permian and Mid-Continent basins.
