ExxonMobil moves headquarters to Houston, acquires Denbury

Department of Energy purchases 3.2 million barrels for SPR in Jefferson County

Ring Energy divests non-core assets in Delaware Basin

Patterson-UTI acquires Ulterra Drilling Technologies of Fort Worth
