Through the month of December, Grapevine, Texas, which claims for itself the title of “Christmas Capital of Texas,” will celebrate the season with more than 1,400 events.
Main Street will be closed to traffic and open for guests of all ages to enjoy dazzling live performances and festive activities including photos with live reindeer, Christmas bounce houses and crafts, snow hills, the World’s Largest Inflatable Maze and more. There will also be Christmas Market artisans and various food vendors along Main Street. Peace Plaza Ice Rink (815 S. Main St.), presented by Champion Energy, will be open for live outdoor ice skating.
Three Merry and Bright Drone Shows this year will fall on consecutive Saturdays: Dec. 2, 9, and 16. The Annual Parade of Lights will take place Dec. 7 at 7 p.m. This year’s theme is “Sights and Sounds of the Season.” For more information, visit ChristmasCapitalofTexas.com.
