DeLa Express, subsidiary of Moss Lake Partners, awarded a contract for front-end engineering design to British engineering firm Wood for its proposed pipeline to move liquids-rich natural gas from Winkler County in west Texas to a gas plant in Calcasieu Parish, La. The pipeline is being designed to transport 2 billion cfd of natural gas from Delaware Basin to Louisiana.
Wood will design 645 miles of natural gas transportation mainline with about six associated laterals of 139 miles. Laterals are planned in Andrews, Loving, Reeves, Ward and Winkler counties. Six new electric-driven compressor stations also are planned.
