The Woodlands-based Earthstone Energy said it is returning to full production all of its shut-in and curtailed operated wells. Earthstone said July 16 its wells “are currently producing at nearly 100 percent of capacity.” Earthstone said total net production was curtailed by about 60 percent in May, when the company concluded its 2020 drilling program and released its contracted rig operating in Midland Basin. During the first half of 2020 Earthstone drilled 5 wells in Hamman project and 6 wells in Ratliff project in Upton County with 11 wells now awaiting completion. Average daily production for 2020 for Earthstone is expected to be 13,000 to 14,000 boed.
