Houston-based Enterprise Products Partners said July 30 it has executed an agreement with Chevron USA for crude oil transportation and storage. Enterprise said the agreement will support expansion of its crude oil system from Permian Basin to its ECHO terminal in Houston. George Neal, president of Chevron’s supply and trading division, said, “These agreements support our Permian offtake strategy by providing greater takeaway capacity for our increasing Permian production. As our productiom scales up, we will have the means to get those energy resources to the market.”
