San Antonio-based Howard Energy Partners said June 13 it has completed expansions of bulk liquid terminal facilities in Corpus Christi and Port Arthur. Howard said completion of the two projects increases its Gulf Coast terminal storage capacity to 2.6 million barrels with three ship docks, three barge docks, unit train loading capacity for up to two trains per day, and direct pipeline connectivity through wholly-owned pipelines to seven refineries.
The expansion of the 41-acre facility at Port of Corpus Christi follows a recent agreement to increase exports to Mexico by rail of crude oil, gasoline diesel and other products.
