Job Title: Media Sales Representative (Print & Digital)
Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Media Sales Representative to generate advertising revenue across our print publications and digital platforms. This role is responsible for prospecting new business, managing client relationships, and developing integrated marketing solutions that deliver measurable value to advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Prospect, qualify, and close new advertising clients across print, digital, and multimedia platforms
- Grow revenue within an assigned account list
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key decision-makers
- Serve as a strategic partner by understanding client goals and recommending effective advertising solutions
- Manage campaign execution in collaboration with internal teams
Product & Solution Selling
- Sell integrated media packages including print ads, digital display, sponsored content, email marketing, and social media
- Create customized proposals and presentations tailored to client objectives
- Educate clients on audience insights, reach, and performance metrics
Pipeline & Reporting
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience (media or advertising preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities independently
- Familiarity with digital advertising metrics (CTR, impressions, conversions) is a plus
Compensation Structure
Base Salary + Commission – uncapped potential
