Permian Highway by Kinder Morgan, 430-mile pipeline from Waha in west Texas to Katy, is fully operational, according to a report this week by National Gas Intelligence. The pipeline, which moves up to 2.1 Bcfd of associated gas volumes, was mechanically complete Nov. 1 and is expected to be fully in service in 2021Q1. Kinder Morgan Texas Pipeline, EagleClaw Midstream and Altus Midstream each holds ownership interest of 26.7 percent, and an affiliate of an anchor shipper has 20 percent interest. Shippers include EagleClaw, Apache and XTO Energy. KMTP is building and will operate the pipeline.
