UK-based Carbon Clean and Midland-based BCCK have signed an agreement to provide Carbon Clean’s semi-modular CaptureX technology to customers across the U.S. Priority sectors include oil and gas production, gas processing, air separation, power generation, landfill gas, biogas and hydrogen.
CaptureX is a cost-effective alternative to open-plant construction. The combination of BCCK’s experience in gas processing and developing and commercializing technology and Carbon Clean’s expertise in carbon capture provides a specialized offering tailored to difficult-to-abate industries.
Kevin Blount, CEO of BCCK, said last month, “BCCK is excited to leverage its 40-plus-year pedigree in gas processing to partner with Carbon Clean and deliver innovative solutions in support of the energy transition. The combination of Carbon Clean’s proven technology with BCCK’s integrated engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation and field construction services is a natural fit for our clients’ decarbonization goals.”
