Midland-based Blue Quail Energy Services, energy services company for exploration and production companies for unconventional resources, said last week it is acquiring Fluid Delivery Solutions, one of the nation’s largest water transfer companies. The transaction will expand Blue Quail operations into Eagle Ford and Haynesville in south and east Texas and Marcellus and Utica in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Mark Machen, CEO, said Nov. 19, “We are excited about the opportunity to thoughtfully expand our footprint through this transaction.” Blue Quail provides water sourcing, water transfer, surface casing, water well drilling and water well servicing.
