Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association scheduled its summer conference August 24-25 in San Antonio. Speakers will include EnerVest president and CEO Jud Walker, Texas attorney general Ken Paxton, U.S. House of Representatives members Tony Gonzales (R-Texas) and Vicente Gonzalez (D-Texas), and Marshall Adkins of Houston, managing director and head of energy investment banking at Raymond James financial services firm. Walker, TCU graduate, is new chairman of TIPRO as of July 1.
TIPRO is a trade association of nearly 3,000 independent crude oil and natural gas producers and royalty owners in Texas.
