BCCK, a leader in engineering, procurement, fabrication and field construction services, announced April 1 another award of a NiTech Dual Tower Nitrogen Rejection Unit (NRU) to be located in West Texas.
The newly awarded 160 MMSCFD NiTech Dual Tower NRU utilizes cutting-edge technology to extract nitrogen from the residue gas of a cryogenic gas processing facility. This advanced unit boasts a modular, skidded design and its producers claim it is unmatched in its capability of handling high and low inlet nitrogen streams.
Greg Hall, executive vice president, BCCK, said, “BCCK’s NiTech NRU technology is our bread and butter. We have unrivaled experience with relatively low inlet nitrogen projects that have ‘just enough’ nitrogen to be considered off-spec. We are seeing more and more operators facing this challenge, a challenge BCCK has met with a simple solution numerous times.”
In addition to BCCK’s continuous innovation and dedication to sustainability, the award of this NiTech style dual tower NRU marks yet another milestone in the company’s longstanding relationship with a repeat customer. This project underscores the trust and confidence that clients place in BCCK’s expertise and ability to consistently deliver exceptional results.
Amy Ontiveroz, director of project management, BCCK, said, “Project transparency coupled with a steadfast commitment to customer service is the cornerstone of successful projects as well as fostering repeat customers. Working with a repeat customer is a testament to BCCK’s proven technology and the quality and performance we deliver with every project.”
BCCK’s NiTech NRU process, refined over more than 30 years, has empowered customers to achieve their product specifications. Known for its environmentally friendly design, this technology ensures efficiency and cost savings through a smaller footprint and minimal operator attention.
