Tulsa-based ONEOK said last month it plans to expand its West Texas LPG pipeline in Permian Basin. ONEOK said it will spend $145 million to develop an additional 40,000 barrels per day of capacity by 2021Q1. Since October 2017 ONEOK has announced expansions totaling 160,000 b/d on the West Texas LPG pipeline system. Terry K. Spencer, president and CEO, said July 25, “Continuing to expand our West Texas LPG pipeline system underscores ONEOK’s Permian Basin strategy to provide needed NGL transportation capacity to producers in the highly productive Delaware and Midland basins.”
