Organizers of the massive trade show look forward to tens of thousands of attendees, as in past runs. PBIOS is always held in the Ector County Coliseum and Fairgrounds, in Odessa, Texas.
A biennial event since the end of World War II, the oil show has grown to represent the very fabric of a great industry.
