The 57th annual meeting of Permian Basin Petroleum Association is scheduled next week in Petroleum Museum and Bush Convention and Civic Center in Midland. Speakers during the meeting Oct. 23-24 will include Wayne Christian, commissioner of the Railroad Commission of Texas, and Stephanie Garcia Richards, land commissioner of New Mexico.
