Christopher P. Calvert
Matador Resources Company announced on April 27 two promotions, effective as of April 21. Christopher P. Calvert has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Glenn W. Stetson has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Calvert and Stetson each have over ten years of experience leading departments at Matador and approximately 20 years of industry experience. Both have served on and been key members of Matador’s Executive Committee. Calvert joined Matador in October 2014 and most recently served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Stetson joined Matador in August 2014 and most recently served as our Executive Vice President/Production. Calvert will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer from Robert T. Macalik, who ceased serving as Chief

Financial Officer on April 21. Macalik’s cessation of service as Chief Financial Officer is not related to any financial or accounting issue or any disagreement with Matador on any matter relating to Matador’s operations, policies or practices. Marcel Teunissen
Expand Energy Corporation, based in Spring, Texas, announced April 6 that Marcel Teunissen has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective the same day. Michael Wichterich, Expand Energy’s Chairman of the Board, Interim President, and Chief Executive Officer, said, “Marcel brings a rare blend of financial depth, disciplined strategic leadership, and hands-on operations experience. As Expand Energy enters the next chapter in its growth, Marcel’s experience with large global natural gas and LNG businesses and complex business transformations makes him exactly the kind of leader who can elevate our entire organization.” For his own part, Teunissen said, “I’m honored to join North America’s largest natural gas producer as the company’s momentum accelerates. Natural gas demand is surging, driven by AI power generation, industrial, and global LNG.” Teunissen most recently served as President/North America for Parkland Corporation, leading a large, customer-facing business across the United States and Canada. From 2020 to 2024, he served as Parkland’s Chief Financial Officer, a role that saw him leading the company’s financial strategy, capital markets, and investor engagement. Teunissen holds a master’s degree in economics from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Erin Wiersma
MIDLAND, Texas (April 16, 2026) – BCCK, an engineering, procurement, fabrication and field construction services company, has appointed Erin Wiersma as Manager of Business Development. Wiersma will be responsible for driving business development and revenue growth by promoting BCCK’s services across energy markets. Based in Midland, Texas, Wiersma brings more than a decade of industry experience to BCCK. She began her career in 2013 as an operator in the Uintah Basin in Utah and has since developed strong experience in the sale of processing equipment, valves, and maintenance services. Throughout her career, she has supported customer growth and operations across Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, North Dakota, and Texas. She is actively involved in industry organizations and serves as programs director for Women’s Energy Network (WEN) Permian Basin and is a member of the Gas Processors Association Midstream Permian Basin Chapter (GPA Midstream Permian Basin Chapter).
