ExxonMobil Pipeline Company announced July 28 that Rozena Dendy has assumed the role of President of ExxonMobil Pipeline Company, effective that day. A proven leader with extensive experience across our organization, Dendy most recently served as Regional Manufacturing Manager, providing executive leadership and oversight for four of ExxonMobil’s plant operations. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of key leadership positions, including Global Sales and Operations Planning Manager and Refinery Plant Manager roles in both Canada and the United States. Her broad experience, strategic perspective, and commitment to operational excellence have helped drive success across the business. Said Rozena: “It is an honor. I am excited to work with the dedicated teams across our organization as we continue delivering the safe, reliable energy our customers depend on.”

 

 

BlueSpark, a intervention technology business, announced Aug. 3 its appointment of Gary Osborn to head its growing team in the Permian Basin. The company is strengthening its local presence in key basins across North America to support operators in adopting pulsed power technology for fast and effective production enhancement. Osborn, based in Midland, will serve as Sales Director and will be the main point of contact for Permian operators looking to add pulsed power to their intervention toolboxes. He comes with 28 years’ experience in technical and business development roles in oilfield services and technology, at companies including Lufkin, Halliburton, and Smith Services. Osborn remarked,  “Pulsed power is made for the Permian. It’s faster to deploy and faster to run than acid or mechanical methods and succeeds where others fail. You can revive and trouble-shoot wells in hours, not days. The effects last longer, so interventions become few and far between and can be planned across multi-well campaigns. Suddenly, intervention is economical where it wasn’t before. BlueSpark’s already helping Permian operators look after wells in a new way. I’m here to make sure we reach everybody.”

 

Chevron Phillips Chemical announced July 22 the appointment of Wayne Borduin as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective Sept. 1. He reports to Steve Prusak, President and CEO, and oversees the company’s finance and procurement organizations. Borduin succeeds Darren Ercolani, who retires from the company after more than 30 years of service. Borduin joins CPChem from Chevron Corporation, where he most recently served as Director and Chief Investment Officer. He brings 25 years of leadership across corporate treasury, investor relations, business-unit finance, and procurement. Bourdin holds an MBA in finance and strategy from Northwestern University. Said Prusak: “Wayne is a seasoned finance leader with global experience, deep capital markets expertise, and a strong track record of driving performance. He’s an outstanding addition to our executive team.”

 

 

Ro-Flo Compressors on July 1 named Travis Sixel as president of the company. The appointment follows the retirement of Co-Founder Brad Schuler from the role after 19 years of leadership. Schuler will continue to serve on Ro-Flo’s Board of Directors. Since joining Ro-Flo in 2011 as Director of Engineering, Sixel has played an instrumental role in the company’s growth, product development, and commitment to engineering excellence. Before joining Ro-Flo, he held engineering positions with a leading reciprocating compressor OEM and Caterpillar, bringing decades of industry experience to the organization. Said Schuler: “What began as a small startup (Ro-Flo) has grown into a company respected throughout the industry because of the dedication and talent of our employees. Travis has been an integral part of that journey for nearly 15 years, and I have complete confidence in him.”
