Houston-based Phillips 66 said last week in its second quarter filing that it achieved record NGL fractionation volumes and LPG export volumes. The report Aug. 5 said the company achieved full production at Dos Picos II, a gas plant (220 million cfd) in Permian Basin, during the quarter. And in Q2 Phillips 66 announced construction of Zeus gas plant in Permian Basin (300 million cfd).
NGL pipeline throughput in Q2 was 943,000 b/d after 930,000 in Q1 for an increase of 13 percent. NGL fractionated barrels per day grew 40 percent to 1.02 million b/d.
