Lea County, N.M., added 2 rigs last week for a leading count of 66.  Other basin leaders include Eddy, N.M., with 40 (down 1 in past week), Midland with 33 (unchanged), Martin with 32 (down 2), Reeves with 30 (down 3), Howard with 22 (up 1), Loving with 21 (down 1) and Upton with 20 (unchanged).
