Landowners along the proposed 626-mile path of Permian Global access pipeline in Texas and Louisiana began receiving letters last month from Tellurian. The project is being designed to transmit 2 billion cubic feet per day of natural gas from west Texas to Lake Charles, La., by late 2023 or early 2024. It was proposed in 2017 as part of Tellurian’s plan to form a $7 billion pipeline network with the proposed Driftwood LNG terminal in Lake Charles.
