Kermit-based Wallstreet Sand said last week it launched a dry sand operation from its facility in Kermit. The firm said it marked “a major milestone in the company’s continued growth and expansion across the Permian Basin.” The company’s new dry sand operation is supported by recent investments in equipment, infrastructure and workforce development.
The in-basin location provides customers with “reduced logistics risk and improved efficiency during peak completion activity.” Brandon Foster, CEO, said Jan. 2, “This expansion is the result of disciplined planning, strategic investment and a focus on operational readiness. It allows us to better support our partners with dependable supply when performance and timing matter most.”
Now with both wet and dry sand offerings, Wallstreet Sand said it is positioned to provide greater flexibility, consistency and throughput as activity levels increase in west Texas.
