Shelli Myers, manager of regulatory compliance for Austin-based WhiteWater Midstream, last week was elected to a two-year term as chair of the Texas Pipeline Association, the nation’s largest state trade association representing intrastate pipeline operators. She is the first woman in the TPA’s 42-year history to serve as chair. Myers was elected Jan. 23 during TPA’s annual meeting in Houston.
TPA president Thure Cannon said, “She has been a trusted voice within our organization, and we welcome her leadership as we tackle the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for Texas’ pipeline network.” Myers has served more than two decades in the midstream energy sector, including NorTex Gas Storage and Enterprise Products Operating.
