Breaux Bridge, La.-based Zealous Energy and Environmental Services said recently it acquired the roustabout services division of Danos. Kenneth LeBlanc, CEO of Zealous, said May 2, “The Zealous brand has been around for a decade in the Permian Basin, with over $100 million in completed construction projects, working for some of America’s highest quality energy producers and transporters. We are thrilled for the opportunity to grow our footprint in America’s most prolific oil-producing basin.”
Mitch Shoffiett, vice president, added, “We view this as a golden opportunity to acquire their (Danos’) highly competent and talent roustabout team right here in the heart of the Permian Basin to strengthen our commitment to excellence for our customers.”
Formerly Crown Oilfield Construction and Marine, Zealous provides a variety of services, including well site preparation and construction in all major basins and marine and inland water projects.
