EPA approves Texas plan to limit ozone-forming emissions

Last month the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency approved Texas’ plan to limit emissions of substances leading to the formation of ground-level ozone, according to Oil & Gas Journal. Oxy opens solar facility to power EOR operations in Ector County

Houston-based Occidental Petroleum last week opened the first solar facility used to directly power EOR operations in the Goldsmith field in Ector County.
