Baker Hughes: U.S. rig count posts biggest decline in 15 months

Railroad Commission delays acceptance of federal funds to plug wells

Targa acquires 100 percent interest in Grand Prix with Daytona expansion

Pioneer Natural Resources lowers Permian production forecast

ConocoPhillips integrates new Permian assets, reports increased production
